Brisas Del Mar

Set high above the sparkling blue waters on Costa Ricas Pacific coast, is the Rainforest Estates premier residential development of Las Brisas.

It encompasses over 200 acres of paradise covered with lush rainforest and filled with an abundance of exotic wildlife indigenious to this area, and described by National Geographic as being "the most biologically diverse and intense place on earth".

Indeed, the unparalled views of the Ballena National Marine Sanctuary, Isla de Caņos, and Costa Ricas incredible Osa Peninsula which is home to the 4200 hectare Corcovado National Park set the Las Brisas development apart from many others on Costa Ricas Pacific coast.

Averaging about three hundred days a year of head high waves, this area of Costa Rica is an international surf destination. In addition to the excellent surf, this area offers many other activities including diving, fishing, whitewater rafting, kayaking and hiking through the virgin, unspoiled rain forest.

All homesites have an ocean view, many with whitewater views. The sites are being offered on a limited basis to prospective qualified buyers on a first come, first served selection basis.

Ballena is approximately fifteen minutes south of Dominical on the Pan-American highway. From San Jose it's a three hour drive, or a twenty minute plane ride from San Jose to Palmar Norte.

The Las Brisas development covers two hundred acres of land. Forty acres are primary forest and have been set aside as a nature reserve. The remainder has been subdivided into forty parcels. Fifteen parcels are currently being offerred.
