Located in the heart of the Costa Ballena, on the Southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica, we are real estate investment and land development specialists. Founded in 2001, we have been involved in the development of the community from the beginning, with strong support for local environmental, conservation, and education efforts. Eco-concious development is at the core of our values, with over 80% of the land we develop being kept as rainforest and natural habitat. Our management team has over 25 years of combined business management and land development experience.
